Privacy Policy

This privacy policy outlines the practices of Tumse.com.au and all its associated subsidiaries and corporate affiliates. Your use of our services is subject to this privacy policy and the applicable terms outlined in this policy. We will post changes on this policy where we deem appropriate so that you are aware of how we collect and use your information and under what circumstances it is disclosed.

This policy is effective from 4^th July 2021. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Be sure to review it frequently for changes so that you are kept up to date. Any changes made after 4^th July 2021 will be highlighted for a period of 3 months to stand out. Your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of this policy and its changes.

Personal information we collect and how it is used

For our services to work for you, we need various types of personal information to create your profile and set your subscription on our systems. We collect a variety of information about you, including your contact information such as your name, email address, contact number, mailing address, date of birth, dating preferences, and similar details. By providing us photo(s) you agree that we may make them available to your matches and users of Tumse.com.au Services. We may also use your name, contact information (such as your email), and a copy of your correspondence with us. To process purchases, we may require your name, address, phone number, email address and payment information, including but not necessarily limited to credit or debit card information and associated account information. However we are currently set to basic features of Tumse.com.au until further upgrades are done; this may require some more information, and if this is the case, it will be updated here in due time.

Your payment and subscription

When you make payment to our services, your credit or debit card information is not collected by Tumse. We use a separate payment platform; your credit or debit card information is not visible to anyone. Your subscription will be charged from the day you sign up to payment and every month on the same date thereafter until you delete your profile. Tumse is a month-to-month subscription service.

Disclosure of your information and third-party advertising

Tumse does not sell your email address or any information belonging to you to any third party. The information you provide stays with us and is used for your own profile only, where your matches see your photos, your age, your sex and your bio. We will also share your information where we deem necessary to provide appropriate authorities, to prevent financial fraud or credit risk, harm to others, injury or loss where we believe in good faith that an illicit event has taken place. Other instances include where we merge, sell assets, go under acquisition and/or change of ownership.

Age restrictions and audience

Tumse has a strict age limit. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to use our services.

Updating and deleting your profile

You reserve the right to delete your profile at any time. Your subscription will automatically be cancelled when you delete your profile.

Matching with another user

Once you find a person you like, click on the heart icon; this will notify them that you have sent them a like. If they like you back, they will then send you a heart back. When the feeling is mutual, this is now a match which will appear on your notification and therefore you can start messaging. We cannot guarantee a like back; this is a decision based purely on whether the user likes you back or not.
